Paa Kwesi Hagan has a wealth of experience in advising clients on Ghanaian immigration and compliance matters and also liaising with regulatory bodies in Ghana. He has advised several high-net-worth companies and multinationals on immigration and compliance issues in Ghana.
Paa Kwesi is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), WorldwideERC and an International Associate of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Paa Kwesi has contributed articles on business immigration in Ghana to various journals including the 2014–2019 editions of The Corporate Immigration Review published by Law Business Research (UK). He has also authored the Corporate Immigration Manual for Ghana cataloguing the various immigration processes obtainable in-country. He regularly speaks at various international fora on corporate immigration in Ghana.

Irene Ntarmah-Wilson is a partner of Globetrotters Legal Africa and has extensive experience in advising global clients in a number of industries including the petroleum industry on Ghanaian immigration, employment, and compliance matters. Irene also has experience in liaising with regulatory bodies in Ghana.
Irene specialises in corporate immigration, employment law and regulatory compliance, and also corporate law. Irene is also a keen researcher.
Irene is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana (2007) and is also qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales (2013). Irene is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).

Isobel Afful-Mensah is a dual qualified transaction and corporate advisory lawyer with a background in investment banking. She is a multi-lingual professional (French, German, Spanish) with over 15 years of business experience across a range of industries and jurisdictions.
Her experience includes the financing of assets (corporate jets, marine assets, Technology), preparing SMEs for investment, and providing strategic structuring solutions to corporate clients. She is a product of Bank of America Merrill Lynch (UK), CMS Cameron McKenna Law (UK/Belgium), the Whitaker Group (Ghana), and AB & David Law (Ghana). She is currently an Associate Partner at Globetrotters Legal.

Mr. Martin Luther Kpebu is a renowned Legal Practitioner and a Senior Partner of Globe Trotters Legal Africa, he specialises in Criminal and Civil Litigation and has had a distinguished career spanning from July 2007 till date.
A product of Saint Charles Junior Seminary in Tamale, Martin received his tertiary education at the University of Ghana, beginning with a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Banking and Finance Option) in 2002, Bachelor of Laws in 2005 and Master of Law with specialization in Oil and Gas in 2013. He also graduated from the Ghana School of Law where he was awarded a Qualifying Certificate of Law and called to the Ghana Bar in 2007.
Martin’s sheer hard work, knowledge of the law, innovative approach, commitment to justice and human rights led to him succeeding in arguing in four different cases, for the Supreme Court of Ghana to strike down two laws that infringed the human rights of accused persons and sureties and to interpret two other laws for fair trials in ground breaking decisions. His commitment to the law, conscientiousness and commitment to meeting clients’ needs has led to him being celebrated amongst his peers and within Ghanaian society generally.
Martin is married with three children. In his spare time, he enjoys legal research, reading and commenting on topical social issues.
